Privacy policy.

Last updated: September 26, 2026

Daily Crochet Ideas is an independent crochet publication. This policy explains what happens when you visit this website or contact us. If you have a question about it, write to tarik.kabaki2000@gmail.com.

Information you choose to share

You can browse public crochet content without an account. If you create a maker account, Supabase stores your display name, email address, account identifier, and sign-up date. Your display name appears beside comments; your email address remains private and is available only to you and the site administrator.

Ratings and comments

Signed-in makers can rate projects and tutorials and publish comments. We store the rating, comment text, time, and the account that submitted it so makers can manage their own contributions and the administrator can moderate the community. Comments are public immediately. To request account or contribution removal, contact us using the address below.

Admin sign-in

Maker and administrator sign-in use Supabase Auth. Supabase processes the email address and password entered at sign-in and stores a session in that browser so the account can stay signed in. Maker accounts cannot access the private admin dashboard.

Website data and cookies

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate page visits and site usage. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies, and the site does not set its own advertising cookies. Articles and images are served through Supabase, and the site itself is hosted on Vercel. These services may process basic technical request information, such as an IP address and browser details, to deliver content, maintain security, provide aggregate analytics, and keep service logs.

Advertising

No advertising service is active on this site at present. If Google AdSense is added later, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Google’s advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to show ads based on your activity. You can manage personalized advertising in Google’s Ad Center and learn more about Google’s data practices in Google’s advertising policy. We will update this page and provide any required consent choices before advertising is activated.

External links

Projects and tutorials may link to other websites. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies when you visit them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site develops. The date at the top of this page will show when it was last revised.
